I use this section to track the progress of my plants. It provides a visual record allowing me to compare current plants with those of the past. I usually update it weekly or when I want to record an event.
Clones

I have been using 5 ml/gal for all 4 nutrients which may be too rich. I will lower it next week to 2.5 ml/gal.
I learned to not use the center hole because the spray is too strong and roots get beat up. Sorry Sleep Joe, but the plant has recovered and is very healthy.

The two aeroponic buckets have been running for over 2 weeks. Good root development but slower to set roots than when I was using a recirculating tray/reservoir system.

BF killed by root rot. A few weeks ago I didn’t get the air hose connected to the BF after changing the solution and didn’t notice for a few days. I did notice the solution was a bit murky, but didn’t do anything. I should have immediately have replaced the solution and soaked the roots in 9 – 12 ml bleach per gallon for at least 20 minutes. Keeping a close eye on the GG and GG4 roots. Soaking their roots every evening with 5 ml bleach per gallon of tap water for ten minutes. All clones and tent B looking great.
All buckets will soak in 5 ml bleach per gallon water for at least 10 minutes each week while I change their solution. This should kill any of the fungus on the roots. I successfully used this method on the LK last cycle to keep it free of the fungus. It only works on the fungus. Once the bacteria use the fungus to get into the roots it’s all over. I will soak the two plants in Tent A for at least a week. I want to see all clean roots with no browning of the roots before stopping the daily soak.

Removed a lot of small fan leaves on the GG to keep light on lower flowers. Bent tops to fill in gaps. Removed some wires.

Leveled and worked on shaping BF into a square. Stigmas are showing on some of the stems now.

Leveled GG4. Wired most of the stems and filled in gaps to make rectangle under the SF light which is now about 14 inches above the top of the plant.

First stigmas showing up on mid level nodes of GG in 11 days. The large fan leaves are beginning to die off.

Cleaned up the GG. Removed thin, flexible lower stems to relieve crowding. Pulled stems apart and bent taller stems. One main stem was under some GG4 fan leaves and is about 1 1/2 inches lower than the other 4.

One week into the flower stage. Cut any small fan leaves blocking lower stems. Each plant has a single layer of large fan leaves, all others have been removed.
2-5-24 Removed any fan leaves blocking lower tops from all 3 plants. Bent the tops on the GG4, leveled out GG and BF.
2-2-24 Set lights to 12/day to start flower stage.

Original Gorilla Glue, GG#4 and Bubba Fett all very healthy. Good, clean roots. Starting to use enough solution to be replaced every few days. Buckets are set to need 1/2 gallon to move level up to one inch from bottom of the net pot.

Light at 80% and 17 inches from tops of plants.

Put some bricks under SJ, tying fan leaves down on SJ and LK.

Cleaned out large fan leaves on all three plants. Left two to three large leaves on each stem and removed one upper/new fan leaf from each stem to keep middle open.

LK almost as tall as the GT3.
Cleared out some of the fan leaves around the stems on SJ. Pushing the fan leaves down around the top of the stems, still growing all most straight up and covering the stem tip.

SJ very slow growing and about 3 weeks younger than the GT3. Large fan leaves really push up and cover the top of the stems. Moved to the front of the tent and cleaned out some of the leaves and pulled stems to outer edges of the bucket.

Golden Tiger 3 with nice compact growth at two months old. Letting 10 stems grow to slow down growth until SJ and LK catch up.
1-25-24 Removed large fan leaves from top/middle of all 3 plants. Starting to let 5 more stems to develop on the GT3 to maybe slow its growth.

Harvested the last two LK. Excellent harvest, the new lights really worked. About 40% increase in yield. LK has always been a low yield plant in the past.

Finished cutting and trimming the last of the BF this week. Good yield for first try.
